Let us first say we understand you are on a budget. This is why we charge hourly and do not nickel and dime you with flat rates. The problem with flat rate services is there is a charge for everything. Before you know it you are into the cost of a new computer. The majority of calls we get are resolved within 1 to 2 hours.
On-Site Rates are applied at $65.00 per hour for all labor, repairs and troubleshooting. This is when I come to your home, office or business. Estimates are free. We use discretion before performing work or charging you of course. It's not always necessary to pay in repairs the cost of a new item.
In-Store Rates are applied at $50.00 per hour for all labor, repairs and troubleshooting. This is when you bring your laptop or computer to our store location. Peripheral installations and upgrades $25.00 per item.This is intended for certain system upgrades that do not require troubleshooting. For example if you want to upgrade memory, or a video card. Add on a wireless card etc. The price includes the installation of the item, the necessary drivers and software that provide normal function. Provided you bring your computer to us.
